How does it work?
Long-term renters have the option to take advantage of our Home Buyer's Program. A percentage of your rent will be retained each month and placed in an escrow account for the duration of your lease. Upon completion of your lease, Coast to Coast Homes, LLC will match your contribution in the account to be applied to your down payment towards the purchase of a home.
If you purchase your new home through Coast to Coast Homes, LLC, we will match the amount within your account again.
For Example:
If at the end of your lease you have saved $5,000.00, Coast to Coast Homes, LLC will match your contribution with $5,000.00. You are free to purchase your home through any realtor with your escrow account now worth $10,000.00.
If you purchase your home through Coast to Coast Homes, LLC, we will match that amount again. Your down payment towards your home will now be worth $20,000.00!
